I am looking for some advice please my LO was transferred over a year ago to Petersburg waiting for RDAP but FSA started to kick in correctly at that time. He then became UNQUALIFIED for RDAP but the RDAP doctor had keyed him into the system at REFUSED which is not the case. He had also been ready to go to hwh Jan 2024 but had it pulled because of the key code error. Nobody at all will help correct it. The doctor says as the error was made last May 2023 going into history is impossible. I have contacted everyone I can possibly think of...my LO has spoken to everyone in petersburg but no one is hearing him. This has impacted his FSA Credits, as well as his release date. I am hoping someone here may shed some light . I appologise for the long winded explanation. 😊
