Facility location Change

What does it mean when it says location changed from Lewisburg FCI Camp to Lewisburg FCI

Normally that would mean they went from the camp to the “normal” facility there.

Are they the same thing or are they different

Different facilities at the same location.

It means there security level has changed, so if they were at the camp and they were sent to the FCI, they could of got in trouble and they raised their custody level
