Are you sure he’s a federal inmate? I don’t see that name in the federal system. Maybe he’s state or county?

Ok ya, I found him… probably the “double” middle name was giving the search thing some trouble. He’s at Herlong:

Maybe he was transferred there? If not and that’s where he was when you last talked to him, maybe he’s in the shu or something… they won’t tell you if you ask, however if you call them and ask about visiting him, they will in a round about way tell you that you can’t visit him if he’s in the shu, so that’s kind of a way to find out if that’s what’s going on.
