Hello. So my husband was sentenced to Fed custody. Judge said he'd be going to Sandstone FCI, Minnesota (as we reside in Wyoming, there is NO federal facility in Wyoming for Federal inmates, except for holding ) after over a week of searching I finally found his current location, in Florence FCI, Colorado. It's been a couple weeks since they shipped him away, no phone calls, no nothing from him as of yet. How long until they have phone privileges? How long until he can send me a contact request? How long until he reaches his actual destination? If I mail him a letter to where he is now, and they ship him out before it reaches him, do they forward it to the new facility or send it back? I literally can't afford "wasted stamps". I can't hardly put food in my house, let alone spending close to $1/stamp just to have it trashed cause they moved him. Any info would be amazing, I'm already drowning in stress and the unknown, and this definitely isn't helping me, and I know how he can get if he's kept from communicating with me. Which I'm begining to learn, he's going to have no choice but to get use to not being able to talk to me basically ever. Anyhow, thanks for any help 🤠
